It has a spicy sharp taste with a clean finish from the Fushimi pure water and carefully selected rice and Gekkeikan's technique.
Ko No Tsuki Karakuchi is made from carefully selected rice varieties from Japan and the fresh spring waters of the Fushimi region, thus created a light, fragrant, well balanced sake.
Without losing any original rice sweetness, this pure rice sake features easy drinking smoothness like Nodogoshi characteristic and has intensive aroma.
Made without the touch of brewer's alcohol.
